Is Sevven a social media app?
No. There is no public feed, follower race or discovery page. Sevven is built for one-to-one video messaging between mutually connected people.
Why only seven seconds?
Seven seconds is long enough to share a thought, expression or reaction—and short enough to keep communication from turning into content production.
Can I send a video from my gallery?
No. Sevven accepts only videos recorded in the moment with its own camera, so you know the message truly belongs to now.
How long are video messages retained?
An unopened video is available for up to 24 hours. After its first view, that period falls to a maximum of 30 minutes; the video and true preview are then permanently deleted from the active server.
Who can send me a video?
Only people with whom you have a mutual connection. You can reject unwanted requests, block a user or report them.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Use Profile → Delete My Account inside the app, or submit a request through the Account and Data Deletion page.
